The following Terms of Use is an agreement between You and rootninja consisting of standard terms and conditions pertaining to your use of information or data found on any part or parts of this server.  Viewing, reading, watching, observing, reproducing (with written consent by admin on rootninja letterhead, stamped with the super ninja root seal of approval, with specific corners of the page dog eared, crinkled, bruised or burned) this website or any single or multiple parts of this website or any pages within is done at your own risk.  This includes words, sentences, individual letters, symbols, characters, numbers, pixels, and any derivative.  I take no responsibility for any damages of any kind due to anything you find or don’t find here or on other websites or in print, online, psychedelic, real or imagined in part or whole, what-so-ever.  None at all please-thank you.  This concludes the Terms of Use page.  I was going to make it look nice and legaly but I changed my mind at the last minute.
